Aishee Jyoti Dhar
Civil engineer building toward sustainable, water-conscious infrastructure — with hands-on exposure to structural analysis, geotechnical testing, and GIS-based planning, and a growing research record in environmental engineering.
About
Engineering shaped by fieldwork as much as coursework.
Aishee Jyoti Dhar recently completed her B.Sc. in Civil Engineering at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, with a particular interest in sustainable infrastructure, water resource engineering, and structural design. Her academic path has run alongside real exposure to how infrastructure actually gets built — from soil testing and structural analysis to GIS-based planning and a field visit to an active bridge project.
That mix shows up in her work: an industrial attachment at a government engineering department, a landscape design competition entry for her university's central pond, and two co-authored research papers on air quality across Bangladesh's major cities. She's also completed a leadership development program and volunteered with her university's career forum — pairing technical grounding with the collaboration and communication skills that infrastructure work depends on.
She's now looking for opportunities in infrastructure design, consulting, or public-sector engineering where she can keep building on that foundation.
